The PCAM Visit Guide is a site that is sent to patients before their upcoming appointment to provide them with scheduling details, instructions, directions, parking information and more. The original Visit Guide was often overlooked by patients, cumbersome to use and keep information current.

In the updated Visit Guide, the design is more visually appealing and brings in elements from our myPennMedicine patient portal. Calls to action are more obvious and content will be pulled directly from the website so there is always one source of truth.
